Advanced Athletes:players trying out for 14 and up.

  • Monday’s and Wednesday’s 4-5pm

  • Tuesday’s and Thursday’s 6-7pm

Youth Athletes:players trying out for 13 and under, or players with no strength and conditioning experience. Contact Katie to move up to advanced if appropriate.

  • Monday’s and Wednesday’s 5-6pm

  • Tuesday’s and Thursday’s 5-6pm

  • Tuesday’s and Thursday’s 7-8pm

ONCE WEEKLY OPTION: for players 13 and up:

  • Wednesday’s at 6pm

    $25 per class, cash. No weekly commitment, just sign up for whatever day you wish to come. Sign up via Setmore Link please!!

Located upstairs in the KIVA Sports weight room. All classes are lead by Katie Adams-Marshall, ACSM CPT and Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for KIVA volleyball. Pre-tryout training focuses on athletes’ foundational strength to decrease injury risk, build power, and develop correct mechanics that transfer to the court. Specifically for tryouts, classes are focused on power output to increase vertical and agility training to increase reaction time.
